  • What will happen after I exhaust the 500 subscribers in my free account?

    Once you reach a subscriber number of 500. The opt-in, though, would still be active on your website and you can keep collecting more subscribers. After hitting the 500 limit, you'll have to upgrade to one of the paid plans (Basic, Premium or Enterprise) to be able to send notifications to the subscribers you have collected.


  • Can I have seemed at your dashboard?

  • What if I decide to move to a different vendor in future? Will I get access to subscriber IDs that opted-in for my notifications?

    In case you decide to stop using our service at any point in future, needless to say, we'll be sad to see you go. But yes, we will let you keep your subscriber data (provided that you give us your GCM key for Chrome implementation and Certificate details for Safari implementation at the time of setting up your account) and you can export the list easily. Only applicable to paid plans though.


  • Can Pushalive be implemented on non-secure, http websites?

    Yes, Pushalive can be implemented on a HTTP website, and that is one of the advantage of using our product, that you don’t need to have a HTTPS version of your website. We will implement this using our Https certificate and the domain your push will be hosted will be https://yourdomain.pushalive.com.


  • How do I cancel my Pushalive subscription?

    If you are not satisfied with the service, you can email us at support@pushalive.com. We'll cancel your subscription right away.
